Preparation:
Produced from sera of rabbits immunized with highly pure Recombinant Murine MCP-5 (CCL12). The antibody was purified by affinity chromatography using an immobilized Murine MCP-5 (CCL12) matrix.

Sandwich ELISA:
For detection of Murine MCP-5 (CCL12) by sandwich ELISA (100 µL/well antibody solution), use 0.5–2.0 µg/mL of this antibody. When used with PeproTech Biotinylated Anti-Murine MCP-5 (CCL12) (500-P61Bt) as a detection antibody, it enables detection of at least 0.2–0.4 ng/well of Recombinant Murine MCP-5 (CCL12).

Western Blot:
For detection of Murine MCP-5 (CCL12) by Western blot, use 0.1–0.2 µg/mL of this antibody. When combined with appropriate secondary reagents, the detection limit for Recombinant Murine MCP-5 (CCL12) is 1.5–3.0 ng/lane under both reducing and non-reducing conditions.
