Product Specific Information
The monoclonal antibody m2a-15F8 recognizes Mouse IgG2a antibodies and can be used as a secondary reagent in flow cytometry and microscopy. It does not recognize other mouse isotypes nor cross-react with rat IgG2a or other rat isotype antibodies.
Applications Reported: Immunohistochemical staining and immunocytochemistry.
Applications Tested: Tested on fixed MDCK cells at ≤20 µg/mL. Optimal dilution should be determined experimentally.
Excitation: 488 nm
Emission: 520 nm

Filtration: 0.2 µm post-manufacturing filtered.
