Description:
The ACT35 monoclonal antibody reacts with human CD134 (OX-40), a 50 kDa type I membrane glycoprotein and member of the TNF receptor superfamily. CD134 is expressed on activated T lymphocytes and plays a role in T cell-dependent humoral responses, regulation of primary T cell expansion, survival, memory T cell pool size, and tolerance in CD4⁺ T cells.

Applications Reported:
This ACT35 (ACT-35) antibody is reported for use in flow cytometric analysis.

Applications Tested:
Pre-diluted and tested by flow cytometry on stimulated normal human peripheral blood cells. Recommended usage is 5 µL (0.25 µg) per test in a final volume of 100 µL. Cell number may vary from 10⁵ to 10⁸ cells/test.

Target Information

OX40 is a receptor on T cells that promotes proliferation and survival upon activation, enhancing immune responses against cancer and infections.
