Target Information
AXL은 만성 골수성 백혈병, 대장암 및 흑색종과 관련된 종양유전자로 알려져 있습니다. AXL 단백질은 성장인자(GAS6 등)와 결합하여 세포 증식 신호를 전달하는 수용체 티로신 키나아제로 작용합니다. TAM 수용체는 세포사멸(apoptosis) 세포의 식세포 작용에도 관여하며, TAM 수용체가 결여된 마우스는 자가면역성 루푸스 유사 증상을 나타냅니다. 또한 Axl은 필로바이러스의 잠재적 진입 수용체로 기능할 수 있으며, 사람 혈액 내 특정 수지상세포 집단(Siglec 6+/Axl+)의 표지자로 사용됩니다. Axl의 세포 발현은 TLR 리간드(LPS, poly I:C 등)에 의해 증가할 수 있으며, 용해형 Axl은 막형태의 단백질이 단백분해되어 생성됩니다. 혈장 내 Axl 농도의 증가는 염증 및 암과 관련될 수 있습니다.
