Mouse anti Human Complement Factor H antibody, clone OX-24 recognizes the human serum complement protein factor H (155 kDa), binding to a different epitope from MRC OX23.
Target Information
Factor H is a serum protein acting as an inhibitor in the complement activation system. It regulates C3/C5 convertase by dissociating its subunits and also serves as a cofactor for the enzyme activity of Factor I.
