열매개 항원 회수를 위해 10mM citrate buffer (pH 6.0)에서 10분간 처리 후 실온에서 20분간 냉각을 권장합니다. 항원 회수 후, 1차 항체를 실온에서 30분간 반응시킵니다. 권장 양성 대조 조직은 tonsil tissue입니다.
