- The immunogenic sequence is homologous to bovine, rabbit, and chicken TRPC1.
- OST00024W can be used with blocking peptide GST00014P.
- Reconstitute in 100 µL of sterile water.
Target Information
TRPC1 is thought to form a receptor-activated, non-selective calcium-permeant cation channel. It is likely regulated by a phosphatidylinositol second messenger system activated by receptor tyrosine kinases or G-protein coupled receptors, and also activated by intracellular calcium store depletion. Interacts with ITPR3 and appears to be ubiquitously expressed.
