Pipette Operation

Forward Technique (Low Density Liquids)

1. Press the push button to the first STOP
2. Slowly release the button to the ready position to complete aspiration
3. Deliver liquid by pressing to the first STOP, then to the second STOP to empty the tip
4. Release button to ready position; change tip if necessary

Reverse Technique (High Viscosity or Volatile Liquids)

1. Depress button to the second STOP for aspiration, then release slowly to ready position
2. Press to the first STOP to discharge preset volume
3. Discard remaining liquid with the tip

Calibration and Adjustment

Use the Service Tool as shown:

• Turn clockwise to increase volume
• Turn counterclockwise to decrease volume
• Calibrate 1–2 times per year depending on usage frequency

Storage and Transportation

Store and transport at room temperature.

Notice

1. Ensure pipette and tips are at the same temperature before use; immerse tip 2–3 mm below liquid surface
2. Avoid turning pipette upside down when tip is full; use pipette stand
3. Operate within specified volume range
4. Apply maintenance oil to sealing ring if unused for long periods
5. For disassembly, contact professional technician
