Reactivity:
This antibody reacts with RFP and variants including mCherry, tdTomato, mBanana, mOrange, mPlum, and mStrawberry.
Immunoelectrophoresis shows a single precipitin arc against anti-biotin, anti-rabbit serum, and purified RFP (Discosoma).
No cross-reactivity observed with human, mouse, or rat serum proteins.
ELISA confirmed specificity with <0.1% non-target signal.
