• Reconstitution: 25 µL, 50 µL, or 0.2 mL double distilled water (DDW), depending on sample size.
• The antibody ships as a lyophilized powder at room temperature.
• Upon arrival, store at -20°C.
• Reconstituted solution can be stored at 4°C (protected from light) for up to 1 week.
• For longer storage, aliquot and keep at -20°C.
• Avoid multiple freeze/thaw cycles.
• Centrifuge all antibody preparations before use (10,000 × g, 5 min).

Target Information

This gene encodes a member of the G protein-coupled receptor family, also known as the EDG family. The encoded protein is a receptor for sphingosine 1-phosphate, which regulates cell proliferation, survival, and transcriptional activation. Mutations in this gene have been associated with congenital profound deafness.
