The PA1-338 immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to residues A(843) I S W L Q G D D A A V R S H(857) of rat SREBP2.
This sequence is identical in human and differs by one amino acid in mouse.
PA1-338 immunizing peptide (Cat. # PEP-275) is available for use in neutralization and control experiments.
Target Information
