Reconstitute the lyophilized product with deionized water (or equivalent) to make an antibody concentration of 0.5 mg/mL.

The HA tag is a polypeptide with the amino acid sequence YPYDVPDYA, which can be added to a target protein using recombinant DNA technology. It can be fused to the N-terminus or C-terminus of the protein to facilitate detection and purification.

THE™ HA Tag Antibody [iFluor 647], mAb, Mouse is THE™ HA Tag Antibody (A01244) conjugated with iFluor 647 under optimal conditions with an F/P ratio of 3–6. It is suitable for detecting the expression level of HA-tagged proteins. iFluor 647 is a bright and photostable fluorescent dye and an excellent alternative to Alexa Fluor 647.

Target Information

HA Tag (hemagglutinin tag) is an epitope tag that allows localization of gene products in various cell types, study of protein topology and complexes, identification of associated proteins, and characterization of newly identified or low-abundance proteins when protein-specific antibodies are not available.

HA (hemagglutinin) is a surface glycoprotein derived from influenza hemagglutinin, commonly expressed as a tag in conjunction with proteins to aid identification and purification for functional analysis. HA tag antibodies can be used to facilitate protein detection or co-immunoprecipitation of tagged proteins.
