Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
UBE2G2 is part of the ubiquitin-conjugating enzyme (E2) family, involved in protein ubiquitination—a key mechanism for degrading abnormal or short-lived proteins.
This gene shares 100% sequence identity with its mouse counterpart and is ubiquitously expressed, with high levels in adult muscle.
Three alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding distinct isoforms are known.
