Target Information
TSC22 domain family member 3 (TSC22D3) is a leucine zipper protein functioning as a transcriptional regulator. Its expression is stimulated by glucocorticoids and IL-10, contributing to anti-inflammatory and immunosuppressive effects.
TSC22D3 interacts with and inhibits NF-κB and AP-1 signaling mediators, acts as a transcriptional co-activator for nuclear receptors, and plays a role in mesenchymal stem cell differentiation toward osteoblasts and bone formation.
