Product Specific Information
Reconstitution:
- Vial을 개봉하기 전, 내용물을 바닥으로 모으기 위해 짧게 원심분리하는 것을 권장합니다.
- Cardiotrophin-1을 20 mM Tris (pH 8.0)에 0.1–1.0 mg/mL 농도로 재구성하십시오.
- 추가 희석 시에는 0.1–1.0% BSA가 포함된 완충용액을 사용하는 것이 좋습니다.
Storage:
- 동결건조된 상태에서는 2°C~8°C에서 안정하지만, 장기 보관 시 -20°C에서 보관하십시오(건조 상태 권장).
- 재구성 후에는 2°C~8°C에서 최대 1주일간 안정합니다.
- 장기 안정성을 위해 재구성 후 소분하여 -20°C에서 보관하고, 반복적인 동결/해동은 피하십시오.
Target Information
Cardiotrophin-1 (CT-1)은 IL-6 계열 사이토카인에 속하며, gp130 수용체 복합체를 통해 신호를 전달합니다.
CT-1은 leukemia inhibitory factor (LIF) receptor/gp130 복합체에 결합하여 활성화하며, 심근세포 비대를 유도하는 것으로 알려져 있습니다.
심장 발생 과정 중 심근에서 높은 수준으로 발현되며, 배아 심근세포의 증식 및 생존을 촉진하여 심장 발달 중 gp130 활성화에 중요한 역할을 합니다.
