Product Specific Information
Reconstitution:
- Vial을 개봉하기 전, 내용물을 바닥으로 모으기 위해 짧게 원심분리하는 것을 권장합니다.
- Cardiotrophin-1을 20 mM Tris (pH 8.0)에 0.1–1.0 mg/mL 농도로 재구성하십시오.
- 추가 희석 시에는 0.1–1.0% BSA가 포함된 완충용액을 사용하는 것이 좋습니다.
Storage:
- 동결건조된 상태에서는 2°C~8°C에서 안정하지만, 장기 보관 시 -20°C에서 보관하십시오(건조 상태 권장).
- 재구성 후에는 2°C~8°C에서 최대 1주일간 안정합니다.

CT-1은 leukemia inhibitory factor (LIF) receptor/gp130 복합체에 결합하여 활성화하며, 심근세포 비대를 유도하는 것으로 알려져 있습니다.
