Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
PRKY (Protein Kinase, Y-linked) is a member of the Ser/Thr protein kinase family, specifically the cAMP-dependent kinase subfamily.
It contains a single protein kinase domain that catalyzes ATP-dependent phosphorylation of target proteins.
PRKY is located near the pseudoautosomal region on chromosome Y.
Defects in PRKY and PRKX genes are associated with sex reversal disorders (XX males and XY females).
PRKX is also essential for macrophage differentiation and renal epithelial cell migration.
