Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
PRKY (protein kinase, Y-linked) is a member of the serine/threonine (Ser/Thr) protein kinase family and belongs to the subfamily of cAMP-dependent kinases.
Encoded by a gene located near the pseudoautosomal region on chromosome Y, PRKY contains one protein kinase domain responsible for ATP-dependent phosphorylation of target proteins.
PRKY and its homolog PRKX (X-linked) are involved in macrophage differentiation and renal epithelial cell migration.
Mutations in PRKY and PRKX are associated with sex reversal disorders (XX males and XY females).
