Target Information
CD34는 111–115 kDa 범위의 분자량을 가지는 고도로 당화된 단량체 표면 단백질로, 다양한 줄기세포 집단에서 발현됩니다. 조혈 줄기세포의 표지자로 알려져 있으며, 세포 부착, 분화 및 증식을 조절하는 수용체 매개 내재화 과정에 관여할 수 있습니다. 또한 CD34는 줄기세포가 골수 기질세포 또는 세포외기질에 부착하도록 매개하는 부착분자로 작용할 가능성이 있습니다. 세포 내 영역은 단백질 키나아제 C에 의해 인산화되어 신호전달에 관여할 수 있습니다. CD34 이상 발현은 피부섬유육종 및 신경섬유종과 관련이 있습니다.
