Target Information
CD34는 111–115 kDa의 고도로 당화된 단량체 표면 단백질로, 다양한 줄기세포 집단에서 발현됩니다. 인간 조혈줄기세포에서의 발현은 가역적이며, CD34는 수용체 매개 내포작용을 통해 세포 부착, 분화, 증식을 조절할 수 있습니다. 또한 골수 기질세포 또는 세포외기질과의 부착에 관여하는 접착 분자로 작용할 가능성이 있습니다. CD34는 선택적 결합을 위한 당사슬 부착의 발판 역할을 하며, 세포 신호전달에도 관여할 수 있습니다. CD34 기능 이상은 피부섬유육종 및 신경섬유종과 관련이 있습니다.
