Target Information
PAK2 (serine/threonine-protein kinase PAK2)는 세포골격 조절, 세포 이동성, 세포 주기 진행, 세포사멸 및 증식 등 다양한 신호전달 경로에 관여하는 세린/트레오닌 키나아제입니다.
활성형 CDC42 및 RAC1의 결합에 의해 활성화되며, 자가 인산화를 통해 활성화됩니다.
Full-length PAK2는 세포 생존 및 성장 촉진에 기여하며, PAK 단백질은 Rho GTPase를 세포골격 재구성과 핵 신호전달에 연결하는 중요한 효과기 역할을 합니다.
