Target Information
Plasma prekallikrein은 혈액 응고, 섬유소 용해, 키닌 생성 및 염증의 표면 의존적 활성화에 관여하는 당단백질입니다.
간에서 합성되어 단일 폴리펩타이드 사슬 형태로 혈액으로 분비되며, factor XIIa에 의해 내부 Arg-Ile 결합이 절단되어 plasma kallikrein으로 전환됩니다.
Plasma kallikrein은 disulfide bond로 연결된 heavy chain과 light chain으로 구성됩니다.
Heavy chain은 표면 의존적 응고 활성에 필요하며, light chain은 효소의 활성 부위를 포함하고 trypsin 계열 serine protease와 상동성을 가집니다.
Prekallikrein 결핍은 활성화된 부분 트롬보플라스틴 시간(aPTT)의 연장을 초래합니다.
