Product #35553 has been successfully used in Western blot, IF, ICC, IHC, IP, and FACS applications.
This antibody reacts with the heavy chains of rabbit IgG and with the light chains common to most rabbit immunoglobulins, but does not react against non-immunoglobulin serum proteins.
It is cross-adsorbed to minimize reactivity with human, horse, mouse, swine, goat, and rat serum proteins. However, it may cross-react with immunoglobulins from other species.

Store protected from light at 4°C.
For extended storage, add an equal volume of glycerol (final 50%) and store at -20°C.
DyLight 488 Amax = 493 nm; Emax = 518 nm. Mole Dye/Mole Protein Ratio is lot-dependent.
