Product #35550 has been successfully used in Western blot, IF, ICC, IHC, IP, and FACS applications.
This antibody reacts with the heavy chains of rabbit IgG and light chains common to most rabbit immunoglobulins, but does not react with non-immunoglobulin serum proteins.
It is solid-phase adsorbed to ensure minimal cross-reactivity with human, horse, mouse, swine, goat, bovine, and rat serum proteins. However, minor cross-reactivity with other species may occur.

Store protected from light at 4°C.
For extended shelf life, add an equal volume of glycerol (final ~50%) and store at -20°C.
DyLight 405 Amax = 400 nm; Emax = 420 nm. Mole Dye/Mole Protein Ratio is lot-dependent.

Target Information

Anti-Rabbit secondary antibodies are affinity-purified and exhibit high specificity for rabbit immunoglobulins.
They are used for detection, sorting, or purification of rabbit IgG targets.
Secondary antibodies enhance sensitivity through signal amplification and support multiple detection systems (HRP, AP, fluorescence).
Typically generated by immunizing host animals with pooled rabbit immunoglobulins, these antibodies can be further purified and modified for high specificity.
