Reconstitution:
Vial을 개봉하기 전, 내용물이 바닥으로 모이도록 짧게 원심분리합니다. 멸균 증류수로 0.1–1.0 mg/mL 농도로 재구성하며, vortex는 피하십시오. 재구성된 용액은 2–8°C에서 최대 1주일 보관 가능합니다. 장기 보관 시 0.1% BSA 등의 carrier protein을 포함한 buffer에 희석하여 -20°C 또는 -80°C에서 aliquot으로 보관을 권장합니다.Storage:
