- Delivers robust yield even after samples are pre-incubated on ice, allowing flexible workflows
- Suitable for construction of full-length cDNA libraries, 1st strand cDNA synthesis, preparation of cDNA probes, and RT-PCR

Quality Control Testing
PrimeScript II Reverse Transcriptase undergoes a 1st Strand cDNA Synthesis Test to assess performance for synthesis of a 13 kb cDNA product, as well as three different purity tests.
