- This antibody does not cross-react with recombinant human (rh) Factor D or rh Factor I.
- Reconstitute at 0.5 mg/mL in sterile PBS.
Target Information
Factor B is a component of the alternative complement pathway.
It is a single-chain polypeptide with a molecular mass of 93 kDa.
Factor B is cleaved by factor D into Ba (30 kDa) and Bb (63 kDa).
Bb together with C3b forms the alternative pathway C3 convertase (C3bBb).
