Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform desalting using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882) before use.
Target Information
Epsin2 is involved in the formation of clathrin-coated invaginations and endocytosis. It interacts with EPS15 (via NPF repeat domain), AP-2, and clathrin (via DPW repeat domain). Epsin2 localizes to cytoplasmic punctate structures associated with clathrin-coated vesicles, concentrated near the Golgi complex. Expression is highest in the brain, with lower levels in lung and liver.
