Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to obtain approximately 1 mg/mL antibody concentration.
For conjugation experiments, perform additional desalting using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
Epsin2 is involved in the formation of clathrin-coated invaginations and endocytosis. It interacts with EPS15 via the NPF repeat domain and with AP-2 and clathrin via the DPW repeat domain. The protein localizes in the cytoplasm within punctate structures associated with clathrin-coated vesicles, showing high expression in the brain and lower levels in lung and liver.
