Takara T7 RNA Polymerase ver.2.0

T7 RNA Polymerase ver.2.0 is a DNA-dependent RNA polymerase that exhibits high specificity for the bacteriophage T7 promoter sequence 5-TAATACGACTCACTATA-3. The enzyme uses double-stranded DNA containing T7 promoter sequence as a template and incorporates labeled or unlabeled nucleoside triphosphates to synthesize a single-stranded RNA transcript. Enhanced activity of T7 RNA Polymerase ver.2.0 enables the production of large quantities of high-quality RNA with high processivity and transcription frequency.
