MA1-149 항체는 Armenian hamster에서 생산되었으며, 인간, 랫트, 마우스의 ATG9 단백질을 검출합니다. Western blot, Immunofluorescence, ELISA에 성공적으로 사용되었습니다.
Western blot 분석에서 인간 ATG9 과발현 라이세이트에서 약 85–95 kDa의 이중 밴드를 검출하며, 약 40 kDa 및 60 kDa 부근의 추가 밴드도 확인됩니다.
Immunofluorescence에서 MA1-149는 기아 유도 자가포식체 형성 시 ATG9의 축적 및 재분포를 보여줍니다.
