This antibody is predicted to react with equine, mouse, rabbit, and rat based on sequence homology.
Recombinant rabbit Superclonal™ antibodies from Thermo Fisher Scientific combine multiple recombinant monoclonal antibodies, offering both the sensitivity of polyclonal antibodies and the specificity of monoclonal antibodies, with the consistency of recombinant production.
They recognize multiple epitope sites, ensuring higher detection sensitivity for low-abundance targets. Each lot is produced with the same known mixture of light and heavy chains, minimizing biological variability.

Target Information

GSK3B (Glycogen Synthase Kinase 3 Beta) is a proline-directed serine/threonine protein kinase involved in energy metabolism, neuronal development, and body pattern formation.
It negatively regulates glucose homeostasis and participates in pathways related to energy metabolism, inflammation, ER-stress, mitochondrial dysfunction, and apoptosis.
GSK3B is a key component of the Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway, inhibiting Wnt signaling by mediating β-catenin degradation. It also plays roles in Hedgehog, Notch, and insulin signaling pathways.
