Target Information

LRRK2 (Leucine-rich repeat kinase 2) is a multidomain protein containing kinase, GTPase, and leucine-rich repeat domains. Mutations in LRRK2 are linked to Parkinson’s disease. It is mainly cytoplasmic but also associates with the mitochondrial outer membrane.
