For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments using this carrier-free antibody, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

Target Information

LIME (Lck-interacting molecule) is a 30 kDa double-palmitoylated protein with a basic cytoplasmic domain expressed by T cells. Upon ligation of CD4 or CD8 T cell coreceptors, LIME is phosphorylated by Src-family kinases and associates with Lck, Fyn, and the negative regulator Csk.
Csk-mediated phosphorylation of Lck associated with LIME can increase enzymatic activity, making LIME a positive regulator of TCR-dependent T cell signaling, though it may also mediate inhibitory signals under certain conditions.
