Target Information
NOD 단백질에는 apoptosis 조절 인자인 APAF1 및 NOD-LRR 단백질이 포함됩니다.
NALP7 (PYPAF3)은 PYRIN 도메인을 포함한 APAF1 유사 단백질 계열(PYPAFs/NALPs)의 구성원으로, 세포 증식에 중요한 역할을 하는 것으로 알려져 있습니다.
NALP7은 C-말단의 leucine-rich repeat (LRR) 영역, N-말단의 Pyrin 도메인(PYD), NACHT 도메인 및 NACHT 관련 도메인을 포함합니다.
자궁과 난소를 비롯한 여러 조직에서 발현되며, 심장과 뇌에서는 낮은 수준으로 존재합니다.
NALP7은 caspase-1 의존적 interleukin-1β 분비를 억제하며, interleukin-1β 분비의 피드백 조절자로 작용합니다.
NALP7 유전자 결함은 hydatidiform mole (HYDM) 형성과 암세포 성장 억제와 관련이 있습니다.
