Target Information
NALP 단백질군에는 apoptosis 조절자인 APAF1(apoptotic protease activating factor 1)과 포유류 NOD-LRR 단백질이 포함되며, 염증 및 생식 과정에 관여하는 것으로 알려져 있습니다.
NALP6(또는 PYPAF5)은 과립구와 T 세포에서 높게 발현되며 PYRIN-CARD 단백질 ASC와 공위치합니다.
NALP6과 ASC의 공동 발현은 NF-kappa-B의 활성화 및 caspase-1 의존적 사이토카인 처리의 상승적 활성화를 유도하여, NALP6이 면역세포에서 염증 신호 전달을 조정하는 역할을 함을 시사합니다.
