Target Information
MAPK9 (JNK2) is a serine/threonine kinase involved in the MAPK pathway. JNK2 (p54a, SAPK1a), along with JNK1 and JNK3, contributes to nuclear signal transduction through activation by environmental stress and subsequent phosphorylation of the transcription factor p53.
