Recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibodies are produced using in vitro expression systems. The antibody DNA sequences are cloned from immunoreactive rabbits, and individual clones are screened to select optimal candidates.

Target Information
DNA-PK is a heterotrimeric, DNA-dependent protein kinase that initiates signaling cascades in response to DNA damage. It is closely related to PI3 kinases and can be inhibited by small molecules targeting PI3 kinases.
DNA-PK encodes a component of the mediator complex, a transcriptional coactivator complex required for the expression of most genes. The mediator complex interacts with RNA polymerase II to promote transcription initiation. Multiple transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been identified for DNA-PK.
