MA3-080 detects TATA-Binding Protein (TBP) from human, mouse, canine, and non-human primate samples.
Human TBP has an approximate molecular weight of 38 kDa, while isoforms in other species range from 35–36 kDa.
This antibody has been successfully used in Western blot and immunofluorescence applications.
The immunogen is recombinant full-length human TBP, recognizing the first 18 amino acids.
Target Information
RICH1 is a GTPase-activating protein (GAP) that stimulates intrinsic GTP hydrolysis of small G proteins such as RHOA, RAC1, and CDC42.
