Target Information
TRPV1 (Transient Receptor Potential Cation Channel Subfamily V Member 1)는 캡사이신(고추의 매운 성분)에 반응하는 수용체로, 감각 뉴런을 선택적으로 활성화하여 화끈거리는 통증을 유발합니다.
TRPV1은 비선택적 양이온 채널로서 TRP 계열의 다른 채널(TRPC3, TRPC6 등)과 구조적으로 유사하며, 칼슘, 마그네슘, 나트륨, 칼륨 이온을 투과시킵니다.
이 단백질은 6개의 막관통 도메인, P-loop 막 도메인, 3개의 ankyrin 반복 도메인을 포함합니다.
TRPV1은 고온 자극에도 활성화되어 통증성 열 자극의 변환자로 작용하며, 양성자 유입을 매개하여 통각 뉴런 내 산증에도 관여할 수 있습니다.
TRPV1의 발현은 주로 감각 신경절 내 뉴런에 제한되어 있으며, 5' UTR 영역 변이를 포함한 4가지 전사체 변이가 보고되었습니다.
