Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve approximately 1 mg/mL antibody concentration.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
HOXC11 belongs to the homeobox gene family, encoding transcription factors involved in morphogenesis of multicellular organisms.
Mammals possess four homeobox gene clusters (HOXA, HOXB, HOXC, HOXD) located on different chromosomes, each containing 9–11 tandemly arranged genes.
HOXC11, located on chromosome 12, binds to the promoter element of lactase-phlorizin hydrolase and may play a role in early intestinal development.
An alternatively spliced variant encoding a shorter isoform has been described, though its full-length nature remains undetermined.
