Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
The HOXC11 gene belongs to the homeobox family of genes encoding conserved transcription factors essential for morphogenesis in multicellular organisms. Mammals possess four homeobox gene clusters—HOXA, HOXB, HOXC, and HOXD—located on different chromosomes.
HOXC11 is part of the HOXC cluster on chromosome 12 and binds to promoter elements of the lactase-phlorizin hydrolase gene. It may play a role in early intestinal development. An alternatively spliced shorter isoform has been described, though its full-length nature remains undetermined.
