Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, it is recommended to perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
The HOXC11 gene belongs to the homeobox family, encoding transcription factors that regulate morphogenesis in multicellular organisms.
Mammals have four homeobox gene clusters (HOXA, HOXB, HOXC, HOXD), each located on different chromosomes.
HOXC11 is part of the HOXC cluster on chromosome 12 and binds to the promoter of lactase-phlorizin hydrolase, potentially involved in early intestinal development.
An alternatively spliced variant encoding a shorter isoform has been described, though its full-length sequence has not been determined.
