Product Specific Information
Store vial at -20°C prior to opening. Aliquot contents and freeze at -20°C or below for extended storage. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. Centrifuge if not clear after standing at room temperature. Stable for several weeks at 4°C as an undiluted liquid. Dilute only prior to immediate use.
Reactivity occurs against mouse PI3K p110d subunit. Cross-reactivity is expected against human and rat proteins due to identical immunogen sequences.
Target Information
The GADD45G gene belongs to a group of genes whose transcript levels increase under stress or DNA damage conditions. The encoded protein mediates activation of the p38/JNK pathway via MTK1/MEKK4 kinase and is highly expressed in placenta.
