Description:
MEL-14 단클론 항체는 마우스 CD62L(76 kDa)을 인식하며, 이는 selectin 계열의 구성원입니다. CD62L은 호중구, 단핵구, T, B, NK 세포의 일부에서 발현되며, CD34, glycam-1, MAdCam-1 등과 결합하여 염증 부위의 혈관 내피에서 림프구의 rolling 및 말초 림프조직으로의 homing을 매개합니다.

Applications Reported:
Flow cytometric analysis에 사용 보고됨.

Applications Tested:
마우스 비장세포(flow cytometry)에서 테스트됨. ≤0.06 µg/test로 사용 가능하며, 100 µL 최종 부피 내에서 세포 수는 10^5~10^8 cells/test 범위로 조정 가능. 최적 성능을 위해 항체 농도는 실험별로 적절히 titration 권장.

Target Information

Human CD62L은 74–95 kDa의 glycoprotein으로, selectin family에 속하는 adhesion receptor입니다. 구조적으로 C-type lectin binding domain, EGF-like domain, 두 개의 SCR domain, spacer region, transmembrane region, cytoplasmic region으로 구성됩니다. 모든 leukocyte(기억 T세포 일부 제외)에서 발현되며, lymphocyte, monocyte, polymorphonuclear cell에서 확인됩니다.
