Description:
2C9.G3 (HMb3-1) 단클론 항체는 마우스 및 랫트 CD61 (Integrin beta3)에 반응합니다. CD61은 활성화된 T 세포, 과립구, 혈소판에서 발현되며, alphaV (CD51) 또는 alphaIIb (CD41)와 결합하여 Vitronectin Receptor 또는 gpIIb/IIIa 복합체를 형성합니다. 이러한 복합체는 fibrinogen, fibronectin, vitronectin, thrombospondin, von Willebrand factor 등 세포외 기질 성분과의 부착에 관여합니다.
Applications Reported: Flow Cytometric Analysis
Applications Tested: Mouse bone marrow cells에서 Flow Cytometry로 테스트됨. ≤0.125 µg/test 농도에서 사용 가능하며, 최적 조건은 실험에 따라 조정 필요.

CD61 (GPIIIa, ITGB3)은 거핵세포, 혈소판 및 그 전구세포에서 발견되는 당단백질입니다. 혈소판 응집 및 fibrinogen, fibronectin, von Willebrand factor, vitronectin에 대한 수용체 역할을 합니다.
CD61은 105 kDa의 당단백질로, alphaIIb integrin (CD41) 또는 alphaV integrin (CD51)과 결합하여 세포 표면에 존재합니다. CD61은 혈소판과 거핵세포, 내피세포, 단핵구, 골흡수세포 등에서 발현됩니다.
CD61은 세포 부착 및 세포 표면 신호 전달에 관여하며, Glanzmann Thrombasthenia 및 Platelet type-16 Bleeding Disorder와 관련이 있습니다.
