Product Specific Information
The 10.1 monoclonal antibody reacts with human CD64 (FcRI), a 75 kDa type I transmembrane protein. CD64 is the high affinity receptor for IgG and is involved in antibody-dependent cell-mediated cytotoxicity (ADCC), phagocytosis, and regulation of cytokine production. Monocytes and macrophages express CD64, while mature granulocytes and lymphocytes are negative.
Applications Reported: Flow cytometric analysis.
Applications Tested: Pre-titrated and tested by flow cytometric analysis of normal human peripheral blood cells. Recommended use at 5 µL (0.125 µg) per test (100 µL final volume). Cell number may range from 10⁵ to 10⁸ cells/test.
Excitation: 633–647 nm; Emission: 660 nm; Laser: Red Laser.
Filtration: 0.2 µm post-manufacturing filtered.
Target Information
CD64 (FCGR1A) encodes a protein that plays an important role in the immune response. It is a high-affinity Fc-gamma receptor and one of three related gene family members located on chromosome 1. CD64 dysfunction has been studied in cervical adenitis and tetrasomy 21.
