PA1-025는 재조합 인간 Cyclophilin A (CyPA)를 인식하지만, 내인성 CyPA는 검출하지 않습니다. 또한 CHO 세포의 CyPA 단백질도 인식합니다.
Western blot과 ICC/IF 실험에 성공적으로 사용되었으며, Western blot에서 약 18 kDa의 재조합 인간 CyPA 단백질을 검출합니다.
면역원은 E. coli에서 발현된 재조합 인간 CyPA입니다.
Target Information
Immunophilins는 cyclosporin A (CsA) 또는 FK506과 결합할 수 있는 세포질 수용체 단백질군입니다.
FK506과 결합하는 단백질은 FK506 Binding Proteins (FKBPs), cyclosporin A와 결합하는 단백질은 Cyclophilins (CyP)이라 불립니다.
CyP:CsA 및 FKBP:FK506 복합체는 calcineurin을 억제하여 T세포 활성화 신호 전달을 조절하며, 이는 CsA와 FK506의 면역억제 기전으로 알려져 있습니다.
Immunophilins는 Peptidyl Prolyl Cis-Trans-Isomerase (PPIase)로서 단백질 접힘을 촉진하며, CyPA, CyPB, CyPC 등 여러 상동 단백질이 존재합니다.
CyPA (CyP-18)는 모든 척추동물 조직과 T세포에 존재하는 가장 풍부한 Cyclophilin입니다.
