Target Information
Immunophilins은 cyclosporin A (CsA) 또는 FK506과 결합할 수 있는 세포질 수용체 단백질 계열입니다.
FK506과 결합하는 단백질은 FKBP, cyclosporin A와 결합하는 단백질은 Cyclophilin (CyP)으로 불립니다.
CyP:CsA 및 FKBP:FK506 복합체는 calcineurin 억제를 통해 T세포 활성화 신호를 차단함으로써 면역억제 작용을 나타냅니다.
Immunophilins은 peptidyl-prolyl cis-trans-isomerase (PPIase)로서 단백질 접힘을 촉진하며, 이 효소 활성은 면역억제제에 의해 억제됩니다.
