Product Specific Information
Immunohistochemistry (PFA fixed): incubate antibody for 30 minutes at room temperature.
Staining of formalin-fixed tissues requires heating tissue sections in 10 mM Tris with 1 mM EDTA, pH 9.0, for 45 minutes at 95°C followed by cooling at room temperature for 20 minutes.

Tryptase is a serine protease primarily found in mast cells, playing a crucial role in the immune response by cleaving and activating proteins involved in inflammation and tissue repair.
It also participates in blood pressure regulation and is implicated in diseases such as asthma, allergies, and cardiovascular disorders.
Tryptase consists of four identical subunits forming a tetramer and is activated by proteolytic cleavage of its proenzyme form.
