Product Specific Information
Immunohistochemistry (PFA fixed):
Incubate antibody for 30 minutes at room temperature.
Staining of formalin-fixed tissues requires heating tissue sections in 10 mM Tris with 1 mM EDTA, pH 9.0, for 45 minutes at 95°C, followed by cooling at room temperature for 20 minutes.
Target Information
Tryptase is a serine protease primarily found in mast cells. It plays a key role in immune response by cleaving and activating proteins involved in inflammation and tissue repair.
It also contributes to blood pressure regulation and is associated with conditions such as asthma, allergies, and cardiovascular disorders.
Tryptase forms a tetramer structure composed of four identical subunits and is activated by proteolytic cleavage of its proenzyme form.
